Every order is insured for its full value and dispatched from Guwahati. Handwoven pieces are checked, folded in muslin and boxed by hand before they leave the shop.

Insured shipping, free on orders of ₹15,000 and above. Below that a flat delivery charge applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Metro cities: typically 3–5 working days from dispatch. Elsewhere in India: 5–8 working days.
Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sunday dispatch on Monday.
You will receive a tracking reference by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is collected.
A commissioned bridal piece takes four to six weeks on the loom before it can be dispatched. We confirm the expected date in writing when the order is placed.
We will contact you if a weaver reports a delay. This happens occasionally and is usually weather-related — Muga rearing in particular is vulnerable to a bad monsoon.
We ship worldwide by courier, quoted per order based on destination and weight.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping cost.
Delivery is typically 7–14 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Write to us before ordering if you need a delivery date guaranteed.
Please check the parcel for damage before signing for it. If the outer packaging is torn or crushed, note it with the courier at the point of delivery — that record is what allows an insurance claim to succeed.
If nobody is available, the courier will normally attempt delivery twice more before returning the parcel to us.
